90 x 300mg of dried African potato tuber per capsule

• Take one capsule three times a day on an empty stomach (up to 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after food). This will ensure optimum absorption.

• Persevere with SIMBA™, as it generally takes 6 - 8 weeks for your body to begin to feel the benefits. Due to the complexity of the immune system we recommend a 6-month course of SIMBA™.

• Our pharmacist advises not to take SIMBA™ if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have had a bone marrow or solid organ transplant. SIMBA™ is not generally suitable for children under 12 years.
